I do not like you, I love you
Love and like are both wonderful but undoubtedly distinct feelings. What is the difference? We are taught by The Little Prince, starting from the idea that we all (or almost all) have a firm and intangible purpose in our lives: to love someone with all our strength. We think about this and we fervently wish it for the simple fact that we think that the attainment of these goals leads us to happiness. We are not mistaken in thinking that healthy attachment is indispensable to travel our world. However, for various reasons, we end up confusing love with like and vice versa. As a result of this confusion we fill our emotional backpack with false "I like you" and "I love you" empty. To want is to wait, to be attached to things and people from our needs.
